Sneezing expels the foreign particles from the inhaled air, so that only clean air enters our body. It usually occurs because of the irritation in the upper breathing passage. This irritation happens when we inhale some unwanted particles and they get trapped in our nasal cavity. Smoke, dust, pollen, etc. are some of the unwanted particles that may cause sneezing.

as we have hair in our nose soo they stop the dust particles to enter our respiratory system. and the dust gets accumilated in our nose. so to through these particles out we sneeze.

A: Sneezing is a way that your body gets rid of bad things that are in your nose. These things might be bacteria, germs, and other things. You also sneeze when you smell pepper because your body does not like pepper!

When you suddenly you see a bright light like the sun or a light bulb then you feel like you are going to sneeze. Most people feel like you do when you see the light. Actually 1 out of 3 people sneeze when they see the bright light. Those people are "Photic Sneezers." Photic really is another word for light. Photic sneezing is something that you get from one of your parents because it is something that runs in one side of your family.

The sneeze center is a part of the brain that not many people have heard of. If the inside of your nose gets a tickle, then the sneeze center alerts all the other muscles that work together to sneeze. Sneezing is a reflex. A reflex is where your body does something automatically and is something that you have no control over.

air around us contains many unwanted particles like pollens, dust which maybe harmful for us. to prevent these particle to enter our inner body, there are hairs present in our nasal cavity. when these particle are entered to our body, they get trapped in the hairs which irritate the lining of the nasal cavity as a result of which we sneeze.

air has many dust particles in it.we have tiny hair in our nose.when we inhale the air passes through our nasal cavity and sometimes pass through our hair.this creates a disturbance in lining of breathing and we sneeze
