Fundamental rights are usually defined as absolute rights a citizen of a country possesses that cannot under the majority of circumstances be taken from the citizen. Sometimes the term is used more loosely with a suggestion that all people have basic or human rights to which they should be entitled. From a legal standpoint fundamental rights are mainly those stated in legal rulings or region laws, though sometimes certain rights are thought so basic they’re inferred.

Hi,
Those rights which are mentioned in our constitution of each and every country and a special status is given to them are called fundamental rights. They are the rational claims of a each and every citizen approved by the society and sanctioned by the law. There are six fundamental rights in our constitution they are as follows:-
1) Right to Constitutional Remedies.
2)Cultural and Educational Rights.
3)Right to Freedom of Religion.
4)Right against Exploitation.
5)Right to Freedom.
6)Right to Equality.
Fundamental Rights are an important feature of the constitution of each and every country. The preamble of our constitution promises to secure to each and every citizen equality, liberty and justice. Fundamental Rights put this promise into effect. Fundamental Rights are given to us by birth and cannot be taken away by any means. We can knock the door of the court against anyone who violates these rights.
I hope this will help you.
