1 . camel have long legs which help them to keep their body away from the heat of sun.

There are many features that a camel have which helps them live in a desert and is given the nickname Ship of the desert. They include:
1) Thick hair under the heel which protect them from the hot sand.
2) The ability to close their nostrils whenthere is sand swirling into their nose.
3) they can live without eating or drinking for a long time as their hump stores food and water, used when no substances are available.
