What are the drawbacks of seeds being unevenly distributed in a field while sowing ?

If the seeds being unevenly distributed in a field while sowing then the seeds compete with each other for nutrient, space , water so there development of the seeds are effected and thecrops do not get developed well.

The reason is mainly because of the competition between crop plants. Plants that are too close to their neighbours don't get their fair share of water and nutrients, so they end up stunted and don 't produce well. Other plants have too much space and can 't make use of all the water and nutrients in their area. So, it 's always advised to dispute seeds evenly to avoid uneven growth of plants!!

Hope this helps!!!!!

When seeds are unevenly distributed in a field while sowing, then there is overcrowding of plants. There will be competition for nutrients, space, water etc. This will affect the crop yield, as fewer seeds will become healthy plants. Sometimes, a few plants have to be removed to prevent overcrowding.

If seeds are not planted in particular distances then they all may compete each other for spaces of roots or their branches. It can also compete with each other for nutrition, water, minerals, sunlight and other things needed for plant growth.
