2)   Leather shoe manufacturing process consists of three sub – processes namely, preparatory stages, tanning and crusting stages.

3)  Preparatory stages involves stages like preservation, soaking, liming, unhairing, deliming, bating, degreasing, bleaching, pickling etc.

4)  Tanning process converts protein of raw hide into stable material. The operations included in crusting are wet back, sammying, splitting, retanning, fatliquoring, stuffing, stripping, drying, softening, buffing etc.

5)  The final result or the output stage includes brushing, roller coating, etc, and the finished material is moulded according to the final product, leather shoe by the leather manufacturing industry
