The international norms to regulate the emission of carbon dioxide are based on the Kyoto protocol. This protocol  was negotiated in December 1997 at the city of Kyoto, Japan and came into force on February 16th, 2005. The Kyoto Protocol is a legally binding agreement under which industrialized countries will reduce their collective emissions of greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, sulfur hexafluoride, HFCs, and PFC.

 For us to regulate or stop carbon dioxide emission, we must create technology that uses energy but does not burn fuels; these technologies can be made easily using some ofthe ancient knowledge, combined with modern knowledge, we can create free-friction generators; this happens to be a area of my expertise to build free energy generators; but the problem now that I have is finding the parts to build the thing, I have been looking for someone who is interesting in joining me on my adventure to create new generators, because I am from another race some of people in the united states use race discrimination, that creates a big problem; and the technology could have advanced more but discrimination in the scientific community in the west causes the west to not progress as far as they would, so I might just join another country since they ignore my know-how and go to someone who will pay attention to my scientific - achievements.
