what are the questions that might come for board exam and important points please

there is no important question in cbse so u should read full text[i.e]II term portions

yes very well said.... just practice enough papers along with thoroughly revising and learning from ncert text.

In Physics : (these are only which i know for sure)
1. Ray diagrams  (Any 1 ray diagram WILL come in the exam (as has been told by our teachers)
2 Any of the vision defects, i.e myopia or hypermetropia ( you'll have to make the diagrams )
3 Reasoning ques. learn all of them ( by that i mean, why stars twinkle? why is sky blue? etc etc. )
4 Numericals (quiet easy! ) 
And you should also check last years paper for more help. :D
For Bio and Chem, 
Yeah I have no idea :(  but i guess the physics part helped )
Oh, and learn the limitations of mendeleevs P.T .
