"Sighing like furnace" ,"bearded like the pard","creeping like snail"

the figure of speech in these lines is simile as the poet has used the word like for comparison.

"all the men and women merely players",

the figure of speech in this is metaphor as the poet did not use any words  to compare the men and women and just tell that they are the actors
