What do the following lines mean?

And only the other day,Mrs.Bramble's brother,Major Percy Stokes, dropping in for cup of tea,had said,"I hope you are keeping it from Harold. It is the least u can do" and had gone on to make one or two remarks about men of wrath which, considering that his cheekbones were glistening with Mr.Bramble's toast were in poor taste. But Percy was like that.Eneimies said he liked the sound of his own voice.

1.Explain the lines in detail.

2.Why were his cheekbones glistening with Mr.bramble's buttered toast?

3."But Percy was like that.Eneimies said he liked the sound of his own voice."What does this mean?

'"I hope you are keeping it from Harold. It is the least you can do."

Harold was a child prodigy. He was famous for being a gifted child because he was far more intelligent than children of his age. Thus, it was contemplated that revealing his father's profession as a world champion heavyweight boxer might pose a possible negative effect on his academics. The idea of the fact bringing embarrassment to Harold was also feared by everybody. Here, in these lines, in the beginning of the story, Major Percy Stokes, Mrs.Bramble's brother, drops in to suggest this.

Percy was talking against people of wrath. His comments were not pleasent to hear. When we eat something or tell something that we feel good, our face looks good (that is what authour means by cheeck bones glistening). The authour was telling that Percy liked all what he said and even though the butter toast was not good, Percy 's cheek bones were glistening.
