Mrs. Jordan describes not calling another doctor as a fatal mistake. The irony was that she was not in actual meaning to save him she was just wishing him to be dead.She was just trying to show her love and concern towards abel which was not in actual.

as we know that the sisters wanted him dead she didnt bother to consult a doctor or to save him tey wished him tobe dead and at the same time wanted to show that they cared for him better than their sister thats the main point therare some other reasons too they actually did not bother
