What does the poet mean by 'ending doom'?

In the poem 'ending doom' refers to the judgement day. ​In religious tradition, judgement day is the point at which all souls, even those that have been lost for a long time will "arise" to be judged by God. Future generations, live in the world until that final day when everyone is judged.
