What does the poet mean in "Shakespear is wicked and map is a bad example " ?

Q2 - How does the poet draw out metaphorically the present condition of slum school children indicating bleak and dreary future?

2. The poet uses metaphors to indicate the bleak and dreary future of the slum children. He calls their future "painted with a fog" "a narrow street sealed in with a lead sky".

the study of Shakespeare to these slum children. It is “wicked” because it can liberate them from their mundane life. The map shows a world which is not theirs. Therefore it is a ‘bad example’.

Why is Shakespear reffered as "wicked"?
Shakespear was a great literary personality but the world of slum children is full os disease and despair. They have to work hard for their survival. They don't even have basic amenities of life, so how can they think of reading Shakespear's literature.
How is map a bad example?

Map is a bad example for slum childrens as the places shown in the map are out of their reach. Their slums are never shown on the map. These slums are considered to be a blot on civilise society.

shakespear is described as 'wicked' because he is a symbol of 'high education' and 'literature' which the slum children is deprieved of . his statue put up in their classroom is as if he himself  is making fun of the slum children as they are no where near education.

The map is a bad example because it is out of their reach and it tempts them to steal and go all the wrong way!!!!! so the surroundings are irrevelant to the situations of the slum children.

Shakespeare is wicked because he is the epitome of literature and his worlks tell us about liberalization but his photo is of no use in the slum school  where no teaching take place and where the children are caugth in their dark lifes.

Maps area bad example because they shoe these children about the outside world which is out of the reach of these children. This forces to steal and othere bad means to achieve their dreams. They try to locate their slums on the map but they are unable to do so.
