what is difference between viscous and non-viscous fluid ?

 Viscosity is the measure of internal resistance of a fluid which is basically its resistance to flow. So viscous liquids show this characteristic such as ketchup due to high resistance. Non-viscous liquids to not have enough internal resistance to obstruct the flow of a fluid. A fun experiment to make a viscous liquid would be to add corn starch and water.
