WHAT IS FORMULA OF HARD WATER???

The formula of hard water is same as that of pure water or soft water. It is H2O.

The difference is that hard water contains calcium and magnesium salts in it. So, it no longer remains a compound. In fact, it becomes a mixture now. And, mixtures as you know do not have any fixed formula. So, hard water as such does not have any formula of its own.
