What is Full form of TB ? Why only BCG is taken for its cure and not any other Antibiotec ?

Full form of TB is Tuberculosis. BCG is not an antibiotic, its a vaccine which is used for preventing tuberculosis and not curing it. For curing tuberculosis antibiotics are used.
