what is ohms law and its verification and proof too!?

This law states that at constant temperature the current in the conductor is directly proportional to the potential difference across the end of its conductor.

let "I" be the current flowing through the resistor and "V" be the potential difference across the ends of the resistor.

According to ohm's law 

I proportional to V

so V proportional to I

so V=RI

So V=IR

where R is a constant of proportionality and is known as resistance of the conductor
