When a microbe infects the specific organ of an individual in a particular type of disease, it is termed as organ specific manifestation. For example, in tuberculosis the microbe infects the specific organ i.e. lungs of an individual.

When a microbe infects the tissues of the body of an individual in a particular type of disease, it is termed as tissue specific manifestation. For example, in HIV the virus infects the tissue and cells of the organism making decreasing his/her immunity.

Organ Specific Manifestation- When the microbe affects the same organ or an organ of the same system as the point of its entry.

Eg. Tuberculosis: Point of Entry- Nose  Organ Infected: Lungs

Tissue Specific Manifestation- When the microbe affects an entirely different organ as its point of entry.

Eg. Japanese Encephalitis: Point of Entry- Blood Vessels  Organ Infected- Brain

when a foreign microbe enters a body,it's target depends upon its mode of entry. for example if a microbe enters through the nose it is likely that the respiratory system will be affected.... these are organ specific manfestations ..
