what is the difference between cotyledon and endosperm

Cotyledons is the part embryo which is present in the seed of the plant. They usually form the first leaf of the plant after germination.

Endosperm is the structure formed after the double fertilization in plants and it is triploid in  nature. In some seeds, it remains as food store as in cereals such as wheat and maize.
