Intersection of sets is the common elements between any given sets. Suppose if two sets are A = {1, 3, 6, 8} and B = {2, 4, 6, 8}, then intersection of A and B is denoted by A∩B and given by A∩B = {6, 8}, as only 6 and 8 are common in between both the given sets.
