Manuscripts are handritten copies in which handwritting would be different. The scribes copy this manuscript in which handwritting is having some changes & have some changes in meaning.

Therefore, its meaning is written with hand.

In olden days people used to write on bark of birch plant .This handwritten scripts are called manuscripts
