Total time taken=10 sec

So, Speed=

$\frac{D i s \tan c e t r a v e l l e d}{T o t a l t i m e t a k e n} = \frac{200}{10} = 20 m / s$

Now for calculating in km/hr

Distance=200 m=200/1000=1/5 km ( Since 1 km=1000m and 1 hour=3600 sec.)

Total time taken=10/3600=1/360 hr

So, by the above formula,

$S p e e d = \frac{1 / 5}{1 / 360} = 72 k m / h o u r$
