What was green revolution ?how did it solve the food crisis in India ? Explain.

Green revolution was a revolution held with an idea to feed every citizen in a country (India). New types of Mexican wheat crop seeds were one of the species those were introduced in India who were immune to water logging and lodging. Some other crops were introduced too, with the method of crossbreeding, which are also  known as 'Hybridisation' and 'Emasculation'. These methods of crossbreeding are still held India and foreign counties.
