what would be the impact of "digital india" in ppc?

Digital India programme will lead to improvement in technology. Better technology in the sense of improved online infrastructure and internet connectivity will increase the production capacity of the economy. Accordingly, the  PPC will shift to right from AB to CD.  ​​

through digital india campaign the government want to ensure that all govt. services reaches to its government in electronic forn.it does not have any effect for technology neither to increase the resources.therefore does not affect the production possibility curve(PPC).
