When a carpet is beaten with a stick dust comes out. why?

It is due to Inertia of Rest.

Thumbs up please

THANKS

Due to interia of rest. when carpet is beaten the dust present will be in rest and sudden changes will make it to fall.

just think how you fall backwards when you are standing in  a bus, and it starts suddenly.

Friend i should n't have said this but think, you should not ask for thumbs up because the asker should understand the answer.

then he should give, we should not compell him.

But the answer is right. i am giving you 1 thumbs up.

satisfied? ?

But you haven't given it to me. I asked for it because sometimes people forget to give thumbs up and just read the answer so its better to remind them, isn't it?

it is becoz of of 1 law of motion that is inertia of rest and when we beat it it is in motion so.................

because the carpet comes in motion and the dust remain at rest.this property may be called inertia

hiho;oik

it is due to the inertia when the carpet is beaten the sand remains in its inertiawhereas the carpet moves backward hence the dust comes out

inertia of rest

This is because on beating the carpet
comes in motion but the dust particles try to remain in
rest due to inertia of rest and hence come out of carpet.
thumbs up please :)

because the dust is in the state of rest and when the carpet is beaten with a stick the carpet moves but the dust will be in rest
