The frog claims to be the owner of the sumac tree.Healso proclaims himself to be a famous singer of 'bingle bog trumpet'. He further adds that the nightingale needs proper training and offers to train her for a modest fee in order to make her a winner.

The frog introduced himself to be the owner of Sumac tree and also owner of splendid baritoned he also informed nightingale that sometimes he writes far the musical magzine 'Bog trumphet' . The gullible nightingale falls an easy victim to the tall and falls untrue claims of the frog......impressed she asks him his opinion about her performance a previous night. The frog, who was already jelous of her present on the sumac tree ,her singing abilities and popularity replies in a guardedmanner..... he says though her song was not bad it was bit too long and lacked a certain forcethe credulous nightingale becomes an easy prey to the frog's scheme

The superior frog says to the nightingale that he owns the sumac tree for long years. In the Bingle bog he have long been known for his splendid baritone. And also he has weild his pen in the" Bingle Trumpet" a magazine in Bingle bog.

The frog says that he is the owner of the sumac tree. He also says that he is very famous for his splendid baritone.He also states that he
often writes for the bog trumpet and only he and few others would give such proper training.Hearing to this the nightingale trusts him and considers him as a Mozart in disguise.

Firstly when the nightangle met the frog The Frog boastful as he was told he owned the sumac tree and was a well-known singer of the bog.He also tried to assert his importance by saying that he wrote for bog trumpet regularly. secondly, when the nightangle asked him if her song impressed him the way it had the other creatures in the bog, The Frog taken by jealousy ,did not praise her and instead called it 'too long' and told her that it lacked a certain force. He then informs him that he can give her proper training to sing better. He tries to prove that she is a mere beginner

The frog asserts his importance in the form of a musician as well as that of a critic of art. He flaunts his reign ,and thus, power and supermacy in Bingle Bog . He also asserts himself as a trainer and asks the nightingale to tale training from him.
