We are able to see an object because light rays being reflected by the object reaches our eye. We can also see an object which emits visible radiation. Now, in case of a dark room, we can see an object only if it can emit radiations which are visible to human eye. Among the options given by you, only hot steam iron will be visible as it emits radiation which are visible to human eye. Other objects are seen only when they reflect light.
