While the sun has risen in Arunachal pradesh, it is still dark in Gujrat. Why??

because the longitudanal of gujarat is 68degree 7 east and the longitudanal of arunachal pradesh is 96 degree 6 east there is almost 30 degree of difference each degree denotes 4 min so 30 * 4 = 120 that is 2 hours thats why sun rises first in gujarat but it remains dark in gujarat

Bcoz there is 2 he's difference in both regions but time is same bcoz Indian time is standard time for whole country and it occurs bcoz distance from equator

Arunachal Pradesh, being in the east most receives the first rays from sun...but Gujarat is in the west most state. So it will only get late rays from sun.

The sun first rises in arunachal pradesh as we know and sets in gujrat in india..so because of the geographical extent between arunachal and gujrat , the sun rises in arunachal first and the difference between them both latitude is 30mins. The Gujrat is in the west but Arunachal pradesh is in east and the sun risen in the east direction . So, thats why the sun risen in Arunachal pradesh, it is still dark in Gujrat
