Protons, the posetive charge inside the nucleus of atom was discovered by Eugen Goldstein in 1886

Electrons ,the negative charge outside the nucleus of atom was identified by J.J Thomsan in 1897.

Neutrons carrying no charge inside the nucleus were identified by James Chadwick at university of Cambridge in 1832.
