Who is bury in the above scheme ?

Bury in Bohr-Bury scheme is Charles R. Bury. Both Niels Bohr and Charles R. Bury gave rules to arrange the electrons in atoms. Due to their combined rules on arranging electrons, we call it Bohr-Bury scheme.
