Why are large number of workers forced to enter the unorganised sector jobs?

i think it is because of population and illeteracy that people are forced to do jobs like agriculture and similar unorganised jobs .......:-)

Large number of people are found to be illiterate in India this is the reason why there are more people working in unorganised sector .Organised sector consists of well-educated people therefore the main reason for number of people more in unorganised sector is their illiteracy.
