why didn't the idea of a swim seem as wondeful in the morning as it had the night before
 

Dear student 

The author and his friends thought that they should get up early in the morning to go for a long swim. However, when morning came, the idea seemed less tempting as the water looked damp and chilly; and the wind felt cold.
