Charles Hooper's appointment as an Assistant Sales Manager can be considered as a tribute to Duke as it was Duke who made Hooper stand on his own feet again. After Charles had met with a severe accident, he was physically handicapped and helpless. During this difficult phase, Duke looked after his master devotedly and because of Duke, at last, Hooper could again walk normally and do the tasks which he could not do during the time he was paralysed; he was again able to stand on his own feet.

 Charles Hooper's appointment as national sales manager is considered to be a tribute to his dog duke because duke played the role of a phisiotherapist in Hoopers life. He was the one, because of whom Hooper was able to stand on his feet again and complete his target to join his office. He gave a second life to Hooper. And to respect the work of duke, Hooper was appointed as the national sales manager.
