why education is important for employment?why r not people working in the fields in which they have interest?

The only purpose of education is not to get employed. Education has importance of its own because it results in holistic development of the individual. 

Society is much more acceptable today. People do work in the fields they want to. There is no pressure as such. If someone has interest in Science, he has the liberty to become a doctor, engineer, architect, scientist, etc. If someone finds art and music more engaging, then he can go on to make career in this field too.
