Frog 's joy is sweet due ot the following reasons---

1. He is able to make money from nightangle 's song by organising concerts.

2. He is successful in his mission of fooling nightangle.

3. After death of nightangle he once again became the king of Bingle Bog and there was no one to compete against him

Frog 's joy is bitter in the following sense---

1. He lost his money making machine 'nightangle forever.

2. He can now not fool_ anyone around him and he was deprived of his habit which he usually used as a timepass too.

3. He had now no source of earning money.

The frogs joy is sweet because he gets to earn a lot of money through the nightingales singing. Secondly, he is also happy that he succeeds in torturing the bird and pushing her towards death. His joy is bitter because with passage of time, the nightingales voice has deteriorated and thus, is bringing lesser money day-by-day. Also, he is jealous of her and so his joy is bitter.
