why is it that- when we touch the screen of our PC or T.V we feel like ants are moving or we can hear some sound!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

T.V. and PC are electrical appliances so due to electricity some charges induce on its surface and when we touch its screen we feel some sensation or hear sound i.e. because of the static charges induce on the screen.
