Silver chloride dissolves in methylamine solution due to the formation of a soluble complex salt as shown below:

AgCl  +  2CH3NH2 → [Ag(CH3NH2)2]+Cl-

because of the formation of complex with methyl amine, just like ammonia, Nitrogen of methyl amine donates lone pair of electrons to Ag and forms complex.
