Why is there a lack of internal democracy within political parties in india?Explain with three reasons.

 1 Concentration of power in one or few leaders at the top.

2 Parties donot keep membership registers , donot hold meetings or conduct internal elections regularly .

3 An ordinary member of a party does not come to know what is happening at the higher levels

4 Since  few leaders iinfluence descions within the party , those who disagree with them find it difficult to continue in the party .

It is because..

1. All over the world there is tendency in political parties towards the concentration of power in one or few leaders at the top . 2. Parties do not keep membership . 3.Do not hold organisational meetings . 4. Ordinary members of party do not get sufficient information. 5. Since one or few leaders exercise prominant power in the party.

Due to weak moral base of political party and changing agenda many leaders disagree on different topics that leads to internal fractions within the same party and this also creates lack In internal democracy many party are single leader or agenda based so it also results in fractions.plz give a👍😝

All these features can be found in India?s parties like Indian National Congress, BJP, BSP, SP,etc.
