water is called a renewable resource because it can be renewed through relatively rapid natural cyles it can be reused again it is renewed through water cycle.first the water is been evaporated from ocean and seas the it is condensed and forms clouds then through the process of precipitation the water is released and the rain water is collected on the ground which is also called surface water and then the surface water goes down between the rocks and soil into the ground which is called ground water
