why menstrual blood doesn't clot?

Dear Student,

The menstrual cycle is the reproductive cycle found in the human females and other primates. Menstruation occurs once in every 28-30 days. During menstruation, one ovum is released and bleeding occurs because of the breakdown of the uterine endometrium. During this bleeding, the body releases anticoagulants that prevent the menstrual blood from clotting. The anticoagulants are released because the body wants to expel the unwanted endometrial lining.

because it leads to death

actually in mentruation it is not only blood it is the inner lining of uterus it should be fallen off for placental formation for baby and if blood clots there ,,where is the placental formation takes place?
