why protoplasm cannot be analysed chemically..?

The cytoplasm along with the cellular organelles is called protoplasm i.e., protoplasm = Cytoplasm + organelles. It contains amino acids,lipids, ions, proteins and many more substance. Thus, due to complex chemical composition , it cannot be analyzed chemically.
