following reasons-

In Rajasthan there is no vegetation to block off the incoming
solar radiation
The soil in Rajasthan is Rocky and sandy and these soil are not
water retentive so they heat quickly and thus increase the
temperature
Rajasthan is far away from the influence of sea coast
