Antony speech was more effective coz -
1-Mark Antony's funeral oration--manages to turn the mob against the conspirators. He uses many rhetorical tricks to persuade the people to go against the conspirators
2- He dramatically enters with Caesar’s body to win the sympathies of the crowd and starts out by addressing the crowd as "Friends"
3- By calling Brutus noble and honourable repeatedly, he conveys a sense of sarcasm
4- Rebuts Brutus' statement that Caesar was ambitious and starts turning the crowd against the conspirators. This has an effect of causing the crowd to believe brutus is lying and maybe everything he has said may be questionable.
5- Antony then teases the crowd with Caesar's will, which they beg him to read, but he refuses. Antony tells the crowd to "have patience" and expresses his feeling that he will "wrong the honourable men whose daggers have stabbed Caesar" if he is to read the will. The crowd yells out "they were traitors” and have at this time completely turned against the conspirators and are inflamed about Caesar’s death.
6- Next, Antony humbles himself as "no orator, as Brutus is" hinting that Brutus used trickery in his speech to deceive the crowd.
7- After that Antony deals his final blow by revealing to the crowd Caesar’s will, in which "To every Roman citizen he gives, to every several man seventy-five drachmas" as well as land. He thus appeals to their sense of greed. He then asks the crowd, "Here was a Caesar, when comes such another?” which questions the conspirators’ ability to lead.
8- The people seem to find it easier to accept Antony, an emotional and sincere speaker, than Brutus who appears arrogant and forceful.

antony's speech was effective than brutus s speech coz antony had criticized brutus while praising ceaser and then he says "brutus is an honourable man" due to which people think antony s right and war against conspirators

Antony and Brutus were two very different men, who fought for two very different causes but in turn they were very much alike in character. Antony's true character shown through greatly when he walked up upon the body of Brutus. Though one may have been more of a radical while the other more down to earth both fought for what they believed in and did not let anything get in their way. Caesar's will states what he wants for Rome and Antony strives to complete his desired wishes. Brutus and Antony are by far the most noble characters in Julius Caesar. In the beginning Brutus is a loyal follower of Caesar but then is told by Cassius that Caesar is using his power for impure reasons Brutus turns against Caesar. Once Caesar is dead the fate of Rome is up in the air. Antony is joined by Octavius and Lepidus to form the triumvirate. While the triumvirate easily agreed on decisions Brutus and Cassius bickered most of the time but once it got down to begin the war they began to understand each other and united. "A friend should bear his friend's infirmities. Brutus tries to obtain the same status that Caesar had and have the people of Rome believe that Caesar was an impure man. "This was the noblest Roman of them all.
