Subject: Health concerns for people working overnight at call centres.

This is to bring to your kind notice that young people have resorted to working in night call centres and studying in schools and colleges in the daytime. This is affecting their health in a very bad way. They have become insomniacs and grow fatigued very easily. The need to earn money are costing them their healths. Call centres do not promote a very healthy environment to work Sir. Continuous exposure to so much of noise and air-conditioner have led to disasters in everybody's personal healths.

Hope you will take this issue into serious consideration and do the needful.
