Dear ABC,
Hope this letter will find you in good shape. We are doing well here. I have not seen you for a long time, so thought of writing to you. You have asked me to tell you something about our annual day function. I am really excited to share my experience about the program.
The function was organized on 25th May. Our chief guest was the Principal of our local college. Many teachers from other schools were invited in that program. A big stage was built up for the purpose. The function started with the speech of our Principal and our chief guest. A cultural show was arranged. There were some sports also. Our chief guest distributed prizes to meritorious students. He was elated at the efforts put by our school in preparing the whole program. A tea party was arranged for guests and the staffs. The function ended with the distribution of sweets and chocolates to the student.
