write a letter to your school-going younger brother or sister who is sleep-deprived. Advise him or her to make lifestyle changes to his/her daily schedule in order to get the desired hours of sleep daily.

Dearest Min Yan,

Hope this finds you hale and hearty. I have been thinking of writing to you since last few weeks. Hope you have adjusted well in the hostel schedule. The life over there is new to you and I completely understand that you would need time to adjust accordingly.

I came to know from mother that you are not getting enough sleep there. A good night's sleep helps you to rejuvenate and re-energise yourself for the next day. It helps to keep you focussed, managed, disciplined, punctual and calm. A good sleep reduces stress and improves one's memory. Avoid loud music, action movie, etc. before going to sleep lest it disturbs your mind internally. Read good books and listen to soft music before dozing off. Do not consume any liquid before you sleep. It would keep you restless. Heavy meals before sleeping is not at all advisable. Last but not the least, A GOOD PILLOW would ensure a good sleep!!

I hope you take my advice seriously and take care of your meals and sleep. Take care and write to me at the earliest.

Love,

Chou Yan

Now, this much help's enough.. I think that a gr. X CBSE student can write the answer out of these hints.
