Jerome’s style of writing is simple as well as descriptive and this makes his reading interesting. He’s not funny for the sake of being funny. He looks for real humour and usually finds it in various situations. He uses long sentences and is sometimes lyrical in prose. He also uses anecdotes freely as analogies.
