What does one do when his right to legitimate Livelihood is taken away at the age of 82 by the Army , has been promised compensation then nothing happens for two a half years! His Medical bills plus the livelihood of his Family are at stake the case lies in the court without any movement. I have a property which is my ances tral property was the source of my livelihood. The Army has taken it over at the point of a gun(place was surrounded by a Platoon pf fully armed Jawans) the occupants were thrown out at 7 in the morning in spite of the fact that I was willing to sell them the property at the reasonable market rates. The Property istotally freehold plus it is also a FEE SIMPLE property.
