are to the world in general as to the caesar. plz..explain.


Caesar says that he will not pay any heed to Calpurnia's dream or the unnatural sights seen by the watchmen.He says so because these omens are seen by everyone in the world and cannot necessarily mean any danger to Caesar

these lines are spoken by caesar when calpurnia tells him about watchman's bad dream 
he replies that this dream could be for anybody not only caesar
​it could apply for the death of any person

caesar wanted to go to the senate but calpurnia was stopping him...he said that all the happenings were natural...unlike calpurnia considered them.....
