 (Day and date) (Time)

Gaston has once again shown his real colors. He surprised me by deciding to buy Juliette 's villa for 2 thousand francs. I wondered how he could all of a sudden be so very unselfish as to buy a villa for my papa and mamma. But when he actually handed over the cheque, I felt so grateful to him and decided to trust him in future. However, on our way to home, when I saw him so happy I became suspicious. I asked him to tell me the true story. And what he told me left me quite shocked - he had sold the villa to Mrs. Al Smith and he had befooled me as well as Juliette. I am deeply hurt, angry, disgusted and helpless at this betrayal. He is very happy to have earned a hundred thousand francs by acting so smart but i call it nothing but dishonesty, deception, and trickery. I am sure, he is never going to change. What a rogue have I taken for a husband!

date time

Today I am feeling very sad and disgusted I have always known that my husband was a selfish person. He loves money more than anything else in the world.Today,he gave me the biggest shock of my life.He came with me to have a look at the villa which I was eager to buy.It is true I wanted it mainly for the comfort of my aged parents. They have given me enough dowry at the time of my marriage.I had always thought that the money I had been given as dowry was my money and I could do with it what I wanted but I was shocked to learn from him that it had all been spend and then he behaved in such a hypocritical at Juliette 's house.I was suprised when all of a sudden he started showing concern for my parents. He started calling the villa a perfect place and at once paid the lady a cheque for 200 thousand francs as its price.A few minutes earlier,he had said the place was not worth even 60 thousand francs. It gave me such a joy to think that he was so full of concern for me and my parents.I became very angry when I learnt how he had cheated not only Juliette,Mrs Al Smith but also his own wife.I will never forgive him for this.
