A Head Boy should  take responsibility of the work assigned to him, should have good behaviour, good leadership so that everyone listens to him, politely listen to everyone's problems and be able to find out a good solution.
A Head Boy is a representative of the school. He should organise the duties, participate on committees, read out daily announcements and serve as a resource to the students.
